Cancellation Policy

Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, orders enter production/fulfilment and cannot be cancelled.

If your order has already shipped, please refer to our Returns Policy which can be found on our FAQs page.

To request a cancellation, email flagyourpaddle@protonmail.com with your order number as soon as possible. We will confirm your cancellation via email.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
